Our store has three active payment methods, namely Bank Transfer, Multibanco and MB Way. When completing the order, the payment option is given. If you experience any difficulties, please contact us so we can help. If you choose a bank transfer, please note that we guarantee or reserve the products ordered for a period of 24 hours.
After 24 hours, we are free to cancel the order in case of stock out. Once the bank transfer has been completed, you must send proof with the order reference to tractoponte@gmail.com. If the transfer is made at an ATM there is no possibility of adding the order reference, so it will have to be confirmed by us manually.
