The POLARE ventral milling machine completes, with the MITO ventral milling machine, the production of ventral machines from the company Orizzonti.
What differentiates these two machines is mainly the working system of the head between rows whose effectiveness in the Polare model is ensured by a “parallelogram” system that allows working on support systems of at least 280 cm.

Despite the different working system, all accessories from the same company can also be installed on the Orizzonti Polare ventral hoe, such as rotary cutters, pruning blades, disc group channels and dies, plows and others. The standard Polare ventral milling machine has a 5-function hydraulic system managed entirely by a lever distributor installed directly on the tractor; In addition to the movement of all movement devices present on the machine, it is possible to manage the operation of the motors of the various motorized tools (on/off motors), which are extremely important during the various stages of movement from support systems, etc. .

The oil required for operation must be supplied to these types of machines directly from the tractor, or upon request through a hydraulic unit to be applied at the rear. The possibility in Polar of having an electro-hydraulic system with 5 functions with joystick becomes necessary when working with tractor cabins, where the accommodation of a hydraulic lever distributor is no longer permitted (CE legislation). Using the joystick, it is possible to quickly and accurately manage all machine movements and the operation of the motors of the various tools.

Requires 180 bar of pressure with 30 liters of oil/min.
